My fledgling LLC hired PKFOD to help determine the value of a withdrawing member's interest under our operating agreement. They took excessive liberties in interpreting our operating agreement, which called for a simple asset appraisal, and racked up a huge bill over 2 months. Despite the strong objection of the LLC members that hired them, they finalized their report which has completely tainted the dissociation process and put the survival of the business in danger due to the financial damage. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with any professional service.
Is best for large companies but will take care of you if you are small, they are very responsive and always get back to me quickly.
