Planet Sub

We used to love this place but every single time we order they mess it up. We didn't order for almost a year and thought we'd give them another try but they messed up our order even more this time. I love the tempeh parmesan but since they don't offer it on the doordash menu, I ordered the chicken parmesan but said no chicken, sub tempeh, extra parm and add mushrooms. What arrived was a sandwich with just chicken and red sauce. No tempeh or parmesan or mushrooms and becuase of an allergy, it was inedible. I called to give feedback to the manager but no manager was there on duty. Thankfully doordash refunded us but we will not be ordering from this location again. The irony is that is says the correct order on the receipt stapled to the bag but they still got it completely wrong. They jus

Planet Sub and Yellow Sub is my favorite sub place and something I treat my kids to when they earn a reward. But today the our wrap was lacking any lettuce and the bread was doughy and under baked. I am writing this in hope our next visit will be better.

Bread was fresh and soft, turkey delicious. And you have feta!!!! I had an online order and it was ready when I got there. It was my first time at planet sub but I will be back.

When I walked in I asked, what makes you better then any other sub shop the guy told me "fresh ingredients and every sub comes hot" Well I was wanting Tuna. Warm? Hmmm I thought ok. After ordering and getting my chips out came my hot Tuna sub. After placing my sub down he was nice enough to say if you don't like it warm. I can make another at room temp. Now that's good customer service. I enjoyed it and I really enjoyed my lunch break and will definitely return to try other hot fresh subs.

The family had subs today. First time here and we got the Big Dipper, Meatball, Reuben, California Crab, and the Ham and Swiss. The wife said the meat ball was light on sauce but good. The youngest one could not eat the whole Ham and Swiss. The two oldest enjoyed their subs. I had the Big Dipper. It was good and the aju sauce was not overly strong. I only got one pic of the subs because everyone else dug in right away.
