Absolutely horrible customer service!!! I placed a Doordash order only for the dasher to be told "there is no order" once they arrived. The person there refused to explain why or even what was happening. They refused to speak to me at all and told my dasher that I should just cancel my order. The order that apparently didn't exist. Since my order was in the pick-up phase I couldn't even cancel for a refund without contacting someone from DD and pleading my case. Very unprofessional and overall nasty how they carry themselves here.

**Review for Platinum Amala — Lexington Market** I ordered through the Too Good To Go food-rescue app and had a very frustrating experience. The app clearly listed the pickup window as **4:30–5:00 PM**. I arrived at **4:46 PM**, well within the stated time, and told the worker I was there to pick up my order. I was immediately told the pickup window had ended at 4:25 and that they “cannot change it in the app.” There was no attempt to check the order, offer an alternative, or provide any solution — just a refusal. This was especially upsetting because Too Good To Go orders are **already paid for**. There was also plenty of food still sitting in the service area that could have easily been packaged. The whole purpose of the app is to reduce waste while serving customers, yet no effort wa

This food is absolutely delicious 🤤. I got yellow rice and fried fish with gravy. Truthfully I didn’t ask for the gravy but he put it on the meal He was super friendly so I figured cool 😎 . It was so delicious 🤤. The fish was seasoned like my grandparents and 12 other grandparents were all in on this recipe 😋. Please come check this place out .

The Vegan spot wasn’t open yet, so I found this little gem at the Lexington Market and I was pleasantly pleased. I got the Fufu, Peanut Stew, and half Egusi/Spinach and it was delicious! I definitely recommend Amala and the service was great as well! Very courteous and I will be returning for sure. Thank you!
