Playa Bowls

Placed an order through app for delivery, but delivery service was negligent and cancelled my order. Immediately called and spoke to Playa Bowl in Wellesley and was instantly taken care of. The manager Angel and assistant manager were extremely understanding and considerate. This is my go to location because they treat you with respect and take pride in what they make. Great taste out of fresh ingredients. We tried a coconut bowl which was amazing. The quencher was ok but the cup was mostly filled with ice. Staff were nice and friendly. There is also a good area outside with several benches and tables. According to the staff, they add no sweeteners, which is great.

Playa Bowls is a chain of healthy food quick service, serving up Acai bowls, smoothies, and more. The place is quite small, but there is a couple sit down options outside. The staff are friendly and fast, and can adjust bowls accordingly. We got the Nutella acai and a mango bowl. the acai didn't melt easily, and it went well with the banana and toppings on the nutella bowl. The granola was pretty good and went well. Portion size was ok, a bit pricy but worth it.

I’m someone who doesn’t really like fruits but I love the fruit bowls here. You can taste the freshness of the fruit. I love the customer service here as well. Deison did an amazing job answering my questions & making recommendations. I also love the cleanliness of the place. Definitely coming back & highly recommend 😊

Excellent experience at Playa Bowls. The place is spotless, with a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The products are top quality, made with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. I especially want to highlight Yuly’s service — she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. From the moment I arrived until I left, she made me feel like a valued customer. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it!
