Playa Bowls

The staff members were very pleasant and attentive. My bowl was great. I didn’t have any wait time for my bowl it was basically done right after I ordered. They paid great attention to the fact that I am allergic to bananas. Their service was super. I will definitely be back soon.

This was my first time trying Playa Bowls, and I had always wanted to give it a shot. The service was SLOW, came in nobody acknowledged us ! Then it took about 5 minutes before anyone took our order, and then we had to wait again to be called by name. On top of that, the store was freezing inside, which made it uncomfortable since it’s already so cold outside. However, once I got my bowl, it was absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed it. Overall, the bowl was great, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.

Pura Vida Perfection today - strawberries, blue berries and accai in a bowl !!! Healthy menu with a beachy vibe. Lala, a team member, saved me $3 by plugging in my phone number - Thank you Lala!!! This Pura Vida was under $10 and delicious !!!

I never got my order. And you can't get ANYONE on the phone to assist. I usually have no issues. But it's a problem when you can't get a human being on the phone. Now my card has been charged TWICE and I have nothing. Edit 1/9 Thank you for responding. I will reach out directly. My card was charged twice but I received 1 refund. I'll share proof. I truly appreciate your consideration. You exemplify what good customer service is. Thank you!

My grandson ordered 4 Playa bowls today 12/23 on the app with a $5 off promotion since it’s his birthday tomorrow I paid for the order with a debit card it was delivered by Uber. Unfortunately We only received 2 playa bowls out of the 4. I have left several messages today along with the Irder number. and have not received one call back although the answering machine states to leave a message and we will call you back. I then ordered 2 more Playa bowls to compensate for the missing two. This time I ordered through Grub Hub and received the items I ordered. I am owed for 2 missing Playa bowls. We also called the phone number affiliated with the driver. Good luck with that hah this is terrible service from the MONTCLAIR location!
