I stopped by for the first time ever. The young man that helped me was so kind, patient and made great suggestions. He offered to let me try the bases and I’m so glad he did. Because he took the time to let me try the bases, I ended up with a delicious bowl that I loved. I was surprised just how good it was. Wonderful experience and, wow, great bowl!

I love love this place, I knew about acai and the whole experience of eat it in Boston. And after that, every city that I go I try to find a Playa Bowl store and I also recommend to everyone lol. My goal is have the capital to open my own playa bowl franchise. ❤️ the quality, the experience eating in the store, the employees in each store are really amazing, and the products are very high quality.

We came here this morning and it was very slow. The customer service was not welcoming or friendly at all. I paid for extra honey and extra almond butter and didn’t get either. I felt already like asking too much when I asked and paid for extra to begin with I didn’t bother to ask again. Instead of being friendly with the customers, they talked about work issues instead. When others came in- the blonde girl taking their order was very rude, it friendly and rolled her eyes the entire time. What I thought was a new açaí bowl place for us in the area is now somewhere I will not be visiting again. The açaí was super frozen, not soft and the spoons broke multiple times trying to eat it. Paid $18 for one bowl and extra toppings I didn’t receive. Very disappointed.
