Playa Bowls

This is easily one of the lowest quality Playa Bowls locations I’ve been to. The acai is consistently rock hard, and the fruit often tastes mushy or past its prime. Overall, the ingredients just don’t feel fresh. I’d recommend going elsewhere in the area for a better acai bowl experience.

I was really excited for Playabowl to come to Towson, but my three visits have all been disappointing. There’s often only one person working, and even if you’re the only customer, it still takes a long time to get your order. On my last two visits, my partner and I weren’t greeted, and the person at the register had an attitude, acting as if we were inconveniencing her just by ordering. We were polite the entire time, but it felt unwelcoming. This is a job you applied for, not our fault as customers.

Bowl was great and the lady making my bowl was so sweet and kind. But why is it 1 person working. I waited about a hour for my bowl and it wasn’t the young ladies fault it was so many orders and people in the store it was hard to keep up. Do better management. Where was the manager to get on the floor and help the poor girl out.

Worst bowl I've ever seen from one of these locations, and I was so excited for them to move to Towson. Smh
