Best fried chicken I’ve had in Miami. The staff was so kind and the place was impeccable. The chicken does take a bit but they make everything fresh so it’s well worth the wait. Plus they use high quality and ethical ingredients. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Finally, Miami has its own homegrown high-quality fried chicken spot. If you're craving a fried chicken sandwich, a hot and spicy chicken sandwich, or a barbecue fried chicken sandwich, you don't need to look any further. The crust on this chicken is somehow light, thick, not ready, and crispy, even when covered in their hot sauce. I'm a big sauce guy too, and their homemade hot sauce, smothered on and for dipping, was the "cherry on top" of the experience. It is so good. The heat is just enough for all preferences, and the flavor is just perfect. I went in looking for the fried chicken, but now, with how good it was, I'm curiously excited for their chicken smash burger too.

Tried out this awesome family owned Heathy Fried Chicken restaurant. In a word: impressed. The owners are well versed in proper nutrition; they use beef tallow and antibiotic-free chicken. I am not a huge fan of fried food, but this place hits just right. With background music and food from a time when restaurants actually served healthy food as a matter of course, these guys keep their restaurant completely seed oil free and even make their own ketchup and mayonnaise on-premises (since all supplier-bought products are heavy on seed oil and high fructose corn syrup). If you’re a fan of traditional fried chicken sandwich or tenders, this will be your new favorite! The fries are next level. Free parking up front. Definitely would recommend. Give them a try!

It was my first time trying Pluma and I must say I’ll definitely be back again. The first thing that got my eye was how nice and clean the restaurant was. Besides the friendly atmosphere by the team. Everyone had a smile on their face and was so helpful. NOW TO THE FOOD…. IT WAS AH-MAZING! FRESH, and PLEASING TO THE ONES TASTE BUDS!!. THE TRUFFLE FRIES ARE A MUST HAVE I MEAN THEY WERE SO GOOD YOU DONT EVEN NEED SAUCE TO EAT EM WITH. the BBQ CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS CRUNCHY JUICY AND FLAVORFUL. Please please please take a visit to Pluma you won’t regret it

I have to say this place is a gem. The staff is amazing, the chicken fried or grilled has so much flavor, and not to mention their homemade sauces are out of this world, personal favorite is their ranch. I can’t compare it to anything else and wouldn’t dare even attempt to compare it to Chick-fil-a as it will be an insult to Pluma. Looking forward to this being a weekly occurrence to pick up some dinner or something as everything is very fresh. Pluma thank you for opening up in our community.
