Plymouth Long Beach

A great beach for long walks or finding rocks and sea glass. It gets busy and parking is $20 during the summer, but it’s much quieter during the off season. The area at the front of the parking area is rockier, but if you get beyond the largest rock patch it becomes all sand. If you plan for a long walk check the tides and aim to go at low tide to make sure you can get all the way down. The parking lot is large and Sandy’s restaurant has attached bathrooms.

This beach was so beautiful. Nice little waves and long way to walk on Ryder road.

Appropriately titled! It is a long, but enjoyable run along the seashore. We jogged to the lighthouse in the distance; slightly smaller than we envisioned. I recommend shoes , as there is a lot of hard sand and rocks along the way if you’re barefoot. Still a beautiful beach!

Beautiful beach for long walks on the beach. Lots of parking available off season. The water is crystal clear and absolutely gorgeous. Lots of rocks and shells. Definitely stop by this beach.

A very nice beach with pristine water. Located in a protected bay. The beach is made up of sand covering very course gravel and rocks. Bringing good footwear is advised. BONUS: dogs are allowed on leash at all times even in the water. You must clean up after your dog. This is a great place to have fun with Fido.
