Poconos Oasis Home away from Home

This home is above and BEYOND what I expected when renting out a weekend for my birthday in the Poconos. First, the rental process and check-in was extremely smooth and the owner was very attentive. I loved the personalized keypad entry and welcome text. Second, every question you could possibly have is addressed by the owner. There is a handbook with pages of information about the property, surrounding town, and activities to enjoy. Most important of all, the home was beautiful and even the smallest details were wonderful - the feel of the mattresses labeled at each room, labeled doors/drawers in the kitchen for ease of use, perfectly maintained property, spotless spaces with fresh smelling linens, even just the hooks right next to the hot tub to hang your towel! This was the perfect getaway! My family had an amazing stay. Everything was great, tidy, and well organized. The house was beautifully decorated and super cozy! It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Check-in was a breeze. The home was spotless, everything was as pictured. Hot tub was great, game room was a plus on a rainy afternoon. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood! Laurell is fantastic, very friendly, responds quickly, knows the area and helpful with recommendations for places to visit. I would highly recommend this stay!
