All girls are working here tonight, Sunday, November 2 2025, they are making fun of me when I was picking up a GrubHub order. They received the order 35 minutes before I arrive and it was not busy at all that maybe the last order at night and they are just laughing, joking and wasting the time inside the store and when I ask them, you received it long time ago just to make sure that we are talking about the same order they replied very rudely that we need five minutes more and now it’s already five minutes passed, but it’s still not finished yet that means this girl is are not working as expected. I hope the manager can see my message in my review and do something because they are young girls and they are just chatting inside without any care about the orders or their work. I’m waiting out

I recently had a fantastic meal at Pokemoto where I customized my own bowl with shrimp and salmon. The combination was not only fresh but also perfectly balanced in flavors. The shrimp was tender, and the salmon was rich and flavorful. I also tried the mango boba drink, which was refreshing and delightful. The drink complemented the bowl nicely. Overall, the quality of the ingredients and the taste of both the bowl and the boba were impressive. I highly recommend Pokemoto for a satisfying and flavorful meal.

Ridiculous young girls with so bad attitude, Used to be my favorite drink spot, they made it worst, so ill-mannered, My drink was spilled accidentally, first the girl was so rude than she charged me for another, the next visit she’s so shameless that she started talking about what happened to her other employees, while I was there! I also work and I know what basic manners are even a customer is rude I always try to satisfy them, don’t make their day worse. Well I saw other reviews, from year ago all are talking about the girls behavior, but the owner doesn’t seem to care about his business at all, or he might like to lose customers over some obnoxious girls.

Came here for the second time and received the same bad service. First time was a year ago, we were given an attitude when we received the wrong change. Second time now I was given an attitude, wrong drink and wrong size, my drink is FILLED with weird white hairs looks like a crap ton of white dog hair and it’s literally all in the drink. It’s unenjoyable. My brother also got a drink and said it was awful and drink was also completely unmixed so was mine. Will not be coming back. Don’t waste your money on drinks that are $7 each for an attitude plus filled with hair and completely wrong including the size.
