Poki Poki - Temecula

Poki Poki Temecula sits like a shining star on the hill. Delirious from holiday shopping I came in desperately needing a fulfilling meal quickly and they did not disappoint. Annie was holding the place down just days before Christmas and she still had a smile. The place was clean and the food was fresh, 10/10. Thank you Poki Poki Temecula and Annie!

A truly amazing hole in the wall poke stop! I have been to sooooo many poke places in the IE and LA. This place is one of my top 5!! (Out of 22 haha) The fish is incredibly fresh and just melt in your mouth! The sauces have so much flavor and pair so well with the fish! I love the amount of toppings you can choose from a lot of options but nothing overwhelming. The staff is so friendly and honestly this place needs to be more popular for how good it is!!!

Food 4☆ out of 5 Service 1☆ out of 5 Need to smile or greet customer atleast and say thank you when someone tip you. Don't be racist, you only smile when you see American that they didn't even tip you. Learn to respect asian who gives you tip and it was my first time coming here. Hope when I come back you learn how to greet atleast. I'll edit this and see how it goes next time.

I placed an order with Uber Eats for pickup. When I arrived after 10 min of placing the order I checked in and let them know I was there for my order in which they said it wasn’t ready. I waited 10 min and they still hadn’t started it. I then asked if I had to get in line in order for them to get my order started and they said no they would start it. I waited another 3 min and was close to canceling when they told me that walk in customers have priority. How does that make sense? I placed an online order to get there and pick up. My food was paid for, all they had to do was put it together. Horrible customer service. Just because of this I will not be back. If they had told me that from the beginning I would have stood in line from the start.

Im gonna be so for real, this one guy name Ejays hes the best worker in there. He might not be the best when it came to costumer service but once you get to know him. Hes a good guy!
