Pollo Campero

This place is super nice. The people is really sweet and helpful. Was my first time and they were really helpful they explained to me with patience. I will 100% recommend this place the chicken is super flavorful and the sides like sweet plantains are delicious.

El Pollo Campero has really great service. I was very pleased because they serve you quickly and you don’t have to wait long at all. The staff is friendly, the service is efficient, and everything runs smoothly. A very good place. I highly recommend it.

The staff are amazing and kind. The atmosphere of the location is dull nothing very special to draw your attention. It will be nice if they added outlets to charge your phone as well. As far as the food it’s okay. Not the best. My meal was 3 empanadas and yuca fries and a medium fountain drink. Total was $12.89 so it’s alright I guess. The yuca fries were tasteless no seasoning or anything, the empanadas shell was crunchy it was good but the inside wasn’t that great. They give you a bbq sauce but it has no taste either.

Alright, so I had to hop over to Jersey from the city 'cause I kept hearing about this Pollo Campero spot. Let me tell you, it was worth the trip. This ain't your average fried chicken joint. The Campero Fried is next level – crispy, juicy, and seasoned just right. Had to try the grilled too, and it was just as good, maybe even better if you're into that smoky flavor. But what really sealed the deal for me were the sides. Forget boring fries, we're talking yuca fries and sweet plantains, the real deal. And you gotta get the horchata, it's the perfect drink to cool you down. The vibe inside is lively, you can tell it's a spot where families and friends get together. And the crew working there?
