It’s perfect to have a good simple and flavorful meal. The plaintains always bring a good addiction to any meal and the crafted drinks are my favorite. This franchise is so worth every penny of every meal. I can go to any Pollo Campero and they are consistently filling and tasteful. Please open one in Howard County!

Wow! Good thing I ordered double size of yucca because if I didn't I wouldn't have gotten anything. And we didn't get any chicken breasts because we have to wait longer than 25 minutes. All of this cost more than 35. Honestly very unsatisfied.

I came to this place on thursday afternoon. I have no complaints about the food (I really love pollo campero). Although the cashier's service is terrible; that young man has no idea what customer service is! But besides that, my comment is about the air conditioning. I simply couldn't enjoy my food because of the horrible heat in that place. It's truly inhumane to have all that staff without air conditioning. Oh my God, it's the middle of summer. It's horrible to see the employees all sweaty. I don't even understand why the Labor Department or Human Resources hasn't arrived

I wanted to order a 20 piece fried chicken, but they told me they couldn't fry anymore because it was 9:20. THE STORE CLOSES AT 10. So then I asked for the 12, and they told me there was not enough fried chicken. I told them, give me a half grilled and half fried. Multiple people came into the store after I ordered and they had to fried more chicken because there was no more. Then when I get home, I notice they only gave me EIGHT pieces when I told them 12. They also gave me a burnt chicken. Never going again.
