Pollo Regio

Pollo Regio is honestly one of the best spots around. The place is super clean and well kept you can tell they really care about the restaurant. The service is always on point everyone is friendly and works hard to get your food out quick

Never had an issue with this restaurant until today. Around 6:40 pm today I went through the drive thru and was not greeted until I said hello to see if anyone was there. An older lady took my order fine and gave me my order and I noticed she only gave me salsa roja. I waited at the window to ask her to change the salsa to salsa verde but she left to the front and completely ignored me. An older man and an older lady walked by and both also didn't bother to ask if I needed anything. I went around and went inside and I saw the first lady taking orders go back to the kitchen and completely ignore me again. I called out to see if I could get help but was completely ignored AGAIN! After not getting any help at all I left and as soon as I got in my car, the lady taking orders magically appeared

The food is fairly good but the customer service is extremely bad. Customer service is awful! These folks need to learn how to communicate with their customers better. Waiting in drive-through lanes is bad enough, we get to the window and our order has not been placed and we still have to wait another 15-20 for our order!! Not professional and customer service stinks.

Very good customer service especially Michelle the cashiers and extremely nice and helpful, the restaurant is clean. Is something needs to be clean is done right away. The food is amazing especially the rice
