Pollo Tropical

Gave me hardly any dressing and no chicken. If you look at the last complaint seven months ago, nothing has changed stay away. This is very disrespectful to my kind that try to be horrible reverse and eat the right way. I bet you if I got a double cheeseburger they’ll make that right and they don’t even sell burgers there.

This location constantly gives low amount of chicken. Feel like I got more croutons and lettuce than chicken. I always avoid this location but had to stop by today due to it being the closest but now I remember why I don’t come here. Won’t be coming back ever again this has gone on for way too long and apparently never improves.

Do not order a Cesar salad if you are ordering delivery. They will not give you dressing. I have dry lettuce and dry chicken! Not edible at all!

Went there to pick up my birthday meal. I normally don't go to Pollo tropical because I don't know what any of the items are cuz I don't speak Spanish or I don't know what the items are.. I knew what this was. Chicken, rice and black beans. It was very good. The people were extremely nice to me and wish me happy birthday

Ordered two new grilled chicken sandwiches and only received one, she seemed moody at the window the grilled chicken was burnt hard and rubbery, Do not recommend. the only thing that was good was the yuca cheese bites very much worth it.
