As any Pollo Tropical, a great option for price and quality. Very affordable meals, generous portions, and tasty dishes, it’s hard to beat for the price. Service is fast and efficient, and this particular location is especially well managed. The restaurant is clean, organized, and every staff member is friendly and willing to help. I had the chance to meet the manager, Christian, after a small combo issue, and he handled it perfectly, always with a smile and eager to make things right. Great service and attitude. Definitely one of the best-run Pollo Tropical locations I’ve visited.

Good luck picking a lane on the drive thru. There isn’t order, they might take 3 cars from the right and then 3 from the left. I thought it was a one time thing but I’ve been here multiple times and it is always the same thing around 7pm. It takes 20-30 minutes to go the the driver thru.

We go to Pollo Tropical at least once or twice a week for a very long time now, our kids love it since it’s our preferred “fast food” option since it’s the most healthy one. Can’t say the experience is usually good, but today, Niurka completely changed that and made all the difference. From probably way more than 100+ times we’ve come here, me and my kids felt that we had a great experience in the restaurant and it was all mainly thanks to her. Hope Pollo Tropical’s management sees and use this example to understand the importance and perceived value of having employees like her on their team, it really makes all the difference.

They have definitely more than earned their low stars. The decline has been pretty wild. Got stuck in the drive-through after not going for about a year, when I was served raw chicken and their response was surprising. I thought I’d check it out after that disaster but sadly nothing‘s changed. After about 15 minutes in the drive-through I was saying hello hello because nobody was there to take the order but the other lane had many cars going through. When he answered me, he was very nasty and I let him know that I had been waiting and wasn’t sure if the lane was closed and his response was OK. Are you gonna order? I'm a regular customer of Pollo Tropical and it's hard for me to leave a bad review, but I moved to Miramar and the Pollo Tropical at 16951 Miramar Pkwy leaves a lot to be desired. I order online so that when I arrive it's almost ready to pick up, but here I arrive at the time it should be ready and I still have to wait 40 more minutes even with the app saying that my order was completed.
