El restaurante anunciaba promociones en bebidas, pero la mesera no estaba al tanto de ellas. Nos dio un precio con descuento, pero cuando llegó la cuenta, nos cobraron el precio completo. Al señalar el error, la gerente de turno, Ana, se negó a ayudar y apagó la pantalla donde aparecían las promociones.
