Great lunch specials! $10 large slice pepperoni pizza and mixed green salad. Pizza is very subjective, but we loved it. Thin crust, flavorful sauce, slight burn marks on crust ( i love burnt marks). All salad dressings are made in house. For $10 we also had a generous portion of pasta with marinara sauce and a meatball. Needed a bit more sauce, but was good. The pasta also came with soup of the day or salad. Had some left to bring home. Lunch also came with hot yummy crispy bread and butter. We will be back for that lunch special!

I’ve tried several other Italian places in the area and this is the best one of them all. Service is impeccable, bread is fresh & hot, ceaser salad is zesty and seasoned, entree is always amazing. Desserts at the door are to die for. Worth a mention - the beautiful fireplace and Christmas music playing in your ear, ambience is great. This place deserves a way better rating than they have, love love love.

I will have to share my first experience with this location, I have seen it before, and yesterday, I noticed they're on DoorDash, I would not recommend ordering on DoorDash, I believe the prices are higher and you do not get the same service, clearly if you order it at the location, but again, that should not matter. I ordered a Parmigiana, and the details described in the post, says, hand breaded and fried golden, which I am assumming is the normal Chicken Parmigiana, but when it arrived, it was a fettucine pasta with sauce and cheese. I decided that I would wait until the next day to give them a call to return this, and have it remade since it was too late and they were closing. I have visited Pomodoro's numerous times and it has always been consistently great! This time my husband and I tried the Pig and Fig pizza. It was the best pizza I have ever had! This pizza is delicious as well as the Pistachio Tiramisu. The Grand Deluxe pizza is wonderful, too. The lasagne is delicious. The staff are like nonas and it feels like a restaurant in old Chicago. I highly recommend you head to Pomodoro's for food so good you will want to slap your momma!

The food is delicious. The atmosphere gives a vibe of little Italy. Great service.
