Located inside GREAT LAKES CROSSING MALL MUCHIGAN Good food fresh but oily … tasty though

We got this again. It was clean, fast, and we got to use the kiosk this time and that was fast. It took about 10 minutes to get all of our food (maybe because we ordered off of the kiosk) and got our drinks almost immediately. The chicken was just a little dry but the crispiness of the chicken in my chicken sandwich, the extra pickles, and the best fries ever made up for it. Also got a medium drink and looked like a large at other places.

My bill was 45.76 and these immature people that work here refused to give me the drink that I ordered.... we ordered 3 chicken strips combo with two coke and one sprite... they gave me fanta instead of the sprite. They insisted not to give me the sprite, then I threatened them about calling the cops on them, then they rushed and gave it to me! Anyway my order was missing the fries and the mashed potatoes and the sauces, when I asked them about it, they got an attitude! That place is garbage, they need to teach their employees how to treat customers, one of the employees showed me some gang signs and he is ready to pick up a fight with me! I will never go to this chicken joint again.

I ordered our food on the app well shopping at the mall. The food was ready quickly but , there were items missing from the order so it was a good think i opened the stapled closed bag before I left for home. Also they did not have the frozen strawberry lemonade only mango. Not a hugh deal but the mango was not advertised on the app. The server seemed annoyed when I asked for the missing items.

We got the 5 pc chicken fingers with Mac and cheese and Mashed potatoes. The Mac and cheese was gross, the Mashed potatoes had a piece of Brillo pad in the potatoes. When I went to exchange the Mac and cheese the Manager said that is what Mac and cheese is. Finally after telling her about the Brillo pad she exchanged it for another side. Poorly run franchise with no attention to food quality!
