Based on that information, I placed a mobile order around 5:30 AM and received confirmation that it would be ready soon. I waited in the parking lot and saw multiple customers fail to order and eventually drove away. Some walked up to the pick-up area and left empty-handed. I walked to the front and the doors were locked (understandable if drive-thru only) and completely empty. It became clear the store was not operating despite advertising 24-hour service. [This is NOT an Artificial Intelligence AI generated review but a real world Chuck Whigham review.] I went here to get a Five Whole Spicy Wings Meal with Regular Cajun Mashed Potatoes, Biscuit, and Regular Dr. Pepper with No Ice. This location is extremely busy and prepares a lot of Door Dash, Uber, and Pickup orders. The team member was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. He got my "Eat In" order quickly prepared and processed. The chicken was fresh, hot, and delicious and so were the Cajun Mashed Potatoes and Biscuit. The store is adjoined with a Burger King which gets rather busy also. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The team members keep the parking lot free of garbage and debris and the trash cans emptied. The parking lot is not huge and most people either are w

I preordered through the app. When I got there my order wasn’t ready yet because mine was a customized order and they didn’t have enough of what I wanted. So I had to wait a tad bit… BUT, the wait was because they made a fresh batch just for me! :) AND the staff was professional and communicated well about it. As the saying goes good things come to those who wait! Thanks!! ;) The place is spotless and comfortable so there was no problem at all with the wait. I’ll definitely make this my go-to spot for Popeyes!

I placed my order 1030pm on Sunday night. I got there 1040pm doors were locked. Went in through BK side and the manager was angry I was standing at the counter. Both of my chicken sandwiches were cold and tasted the worst I have ever had. Too much attitude at this location.

Ordered some food through the app on 7:44PM on February 22nd knowing that there will be a travel ban that would be in effect at 9:00pm, so I ordered before the ban occurred. The App let me order, but as soon as I arrived, they told me the kitchen was closed and pretty much they were closed for the day. I asked how I can get my refund. They told me to go through the app or bring the receipt the next day to claim it. I chose the first, went to customer support and ask for a refund. Long story short, they denied my refund. So I’m out of food and out or my money.
