Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We stopped by the Popeyes in Bonita Springs and ordered the 2 Can Dine Chicken Tender Meal. Everything was absolutely delicious and freshly made to order. The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor. The sides were hot and tasty, and the portions were just right. The staff John, Jaylen, and Valentina were super friendly and made sure our meal came out perfect. Definitely one of the best Popeyes experiences we’ve had — we’ll be back again soon! Highly recommended!

I placed my order for a Classic Chicken sandwich combo (fries and drink) at the kiosk at 2:58pm today. There was no one in front of me placing an order, a man and his young boy behind me, and 1 table in the dining room who already had their food. I saw my name on the board under “preparing”. At 3:10pm, I asked the girl at the counter about my order and she said they are making it. At 3:15pm, my name on the board moved from “preparing” to “Ready”. I went up to the counter and the manager was behind the counter and I told him that it said my order was ready. It was not ready! He then put fries on a tray and had to wait at least 1 more minute for my sandwich to be in the “ready” slot. When he gave me my order on the tray, I asked him if they make it fresh and is that why it took so long? And

Ordered takeout for my husband and I this evening as we have plenty of times before. Tonight’s chicken was horrible, tasted as if it had been sitting there all day and the pieces looked as if they came from a Cornish hen. For what it cost the chicken should have at least been fresh.

Wow what an experience! I just to give credit where credit is due to Valentina & Conner. I walked in to the restaurant, and was immediately greeted by both Managers which most fast food place these days don't do. They were extremely professional and interactive with every customer, letting them know that their order was at this point in line. They communicated very with eachother, not only taking care of a busy dining room but also drive through. It was Absolutely Amazing to watch how well they worked together to make sure everyone was served in a timely manner. I would have loved to have them on my team when I was a Manager at one of the largest country clubs here in southwest Florida. Keep up the great work and the food was absolutely Amazing. Well after a year of operation I have been back a few times, 3 times in the last 4 weeks and just a couple days ago. I ordered online through the app and went in, Derrick greeted me with a smile and a welcome and I let him know I ordered on the app, he confirmed my order and let me know they were cooking the fish and It would be just a minute and asked if I would like my drink cup now. Just as I was sitting down Derrick called to me, my order was already complete. The spicy fish sandwich was hot and a really good fish sandwich. Not terribly spicy but they are cooking for the masses. The fries, hot and fresh and a box FULL (far better that the half full large I got from McDonald's across the street) I took most of them home.
