Fast food chicken chain returns to Conway. Opening new location comes with a learning curb and I got the feeling they were definitely in their infancy. I’m not sure if this is the franchise’s future footprint but seeing other new stores being built less is better seems to be the model. Not a real “sit down” feel with minimal floor plan with a couple booths and a handful of tables and chairs. Order counter menu with limited menu of their signature chicken, sandwiches, wings, sides and drinks. Service was friendly but a bit slow, which was surprising as there was only one another couple already seated on a Friday afternoon. We Stopped By For The First Time. Went Through Drive Thru, Service Worker Was Patient And Friendly. At The Window Worker Was Very Polite. We Got Home Ready To Dig Into Our Food And Was Seriously Displeased. I'm Sorry But The Children Had No Flavor And Gross. A Piece Of The Chicken Had A Whole Neck Connected To It. The Beans And Rice Wasn't That Good Neither. The Best Thing Was The Honey And Biscuit's. I Won't Be Going Back.

Absolutely not. This was our second time going. I thought maybe the first awful experience was just a fluke, so we gave it more time.. THREE meals cost OVER $50 and it was COLD!!! They also gave us none of the sauce we ordered and we were missing an entire side. We're done. We won't be back. Either get new people, or you will close. Good luck!!!
