This location seems determined to do the worst it can. The poor workers couldn't sell us most of what we tried to order—the woman in charge just flat out was rude to them when, with each item we tried to order, she barked out that they didn't have any of them! You close at 10pm and we were there at 7pm; either you failed to order your inventory appropriately, or you aren't actually out of french fries AND cole slaw AND beans and rice AND popcorn shrimp. This cannot even be the only time they simply will not cook things for you either because this is the second time our order just mysteriously didn't have the requested fries in it, but at least this time we were ordering in store and could try and pick different sides! This place has probably the most ignorant fast food workers in the history of the business. I tried to come here again after them completely messing my order up a month ago . The lady was such an idiot I had to just the drive through. I asked if they had a buffalo sauce and she said she’s never heard of it , I then ask well what dipping sauces do you have , she names buffalo lol !! Then tells me it’s 35 cents for each one … I thought I was entitled to to at least the first for for free , anyways I just let and went to chicfila , they don’t charge extra for sauces and much better competent service

I ordered my food online and even showed up 30 minutes later to give them plenty of time to make it. I walk inside, give them my order number, and they tell me it’s not ready. I ask how much longer and they say, “come back in 15 minutes.” So I do exactly that I drive back around, go through the drive-thru, and there’s nobody there. Not a single employee. I drive around the whole building and find them all outside smoking, not working, not helping customers, not doing a damn thing. I’m asking myself, “Did they even make my food? Did they get my sauce right?” And on top of that, I asked for dark meat and they still gave me a mixture like they don’t even read the order. Honestly, it feels like the staff don’t know what they’re doing and don’t care at all. No urgency, no customer service, n

This has got to be by far the worst restaurant in Dawsonville. You can forget going to this restaurant after 7:00 because you will not get fresh food because they have already started cleaning up for closing time and they will NOT cook you anything if they’re out of what you’ve ordered. And they are very rude that you have the gall to come in there and bother them after 7:00. This is the second time it has happened. Trust me won’t be a third. I highly recommend if you’re thinking about visiting this restaurant,DON’T. They need to all find new jobs because they obviously don’t like the one they have.

Start by the app didn't work, wife tried to tell manager and he said tough he wasn't going to give the app discount. After that she got charged 32 dollars for a 2 person dinner. Got home and opened to find the below pictures. The sides are wrong and that is the smaller chicken tender I've ever seen. One box it's actually 2 tenders, one cut in half and that somehow counted as 3. Look at the receipt, looks like we bought an entire meal for some staff people to because we didn't order the extra meal nor did we receive it. Called corporate and they said to send an email like they didn't care. Anyway tried to eat the food, cold, obviously been sitting out for a long time, pretty bland.
