Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Every time my boyfriend and I go there, the service is always bad and the workers are very slow even when it’s not busy. We ordered chicken and gravy one time and the gravy was so watery it’s like soup, it also tasted like water. I wish I could post the video I took. Only reason why we go to this location is because we had just moved to Hackensack so it’s very close to our house… will not be going back though. Teaneck location is so much better, people there are always nice and they would even give you an extra piece of chicken sometimes.

The food is always very tasty and delicious! The staff are always very kind, professional and helpful with a warm happy friendly face ! Tonight was my first time trying Popeyes classic chicken wrap and I was very satisfied with it! The flavor is perfect! Popeyes is my favorite restaurant thank you so much!

I asked a friend to pick up my order and was informed that the apple pie I had purchased for pickup was unavailable. Instead of being offered a reasonable alternative or a refund/credit, I was forcibly encouraged to accept a strawberry pie or a biscuit, neither of which I wanted. I clearly explained that I do not eat strawberry pie and that it is not my preference. Despite this, I was refused any other substitution and was also denied a credit back for the unavailable item. The service is beyond poor, I am not sure why I was treated this way by Ahmed and Abdul.

My wife got sick with the chicken legs. The serving manager is rude. I asked him for an extra bb sauce and he was like doing me a hugh favor n he also was treating a female employee very rudely. Prices very expensive Don't spend your money here..

Worst popeyes that I have been to. Chicken was old and felt like chewing on plastic. The large side came half filled. Check your sides before you leave. Old biscuits. Like other comments said, not hygienic. Spending almost 50 dollars for this quality is unacceptable. Teaneck Popeyes is much better.
