I left another Popeyes location because they took too long to take orders and I arrived here. This placed was obviously understaffed and the service was still better than the one I left. Maybe several called in IDK. The clerk got my order right and food was delicious. I don't remember the clerks name. Mid-sized mature black lady and mature skinny black lady. They worked together to take care of orders. Shout out to this staff!! I held on to my receipt for 3 weeks to later give props were due. I would be on the side of debating that if this location picked up the slack and found 3 more or better workers to help the staff thats willing; then it would be booming!! Extremely disappointing experience. My order had four driver reassignments and was never prepared on time. The restaurant claimed the driver was late, while the driver confirmed the food was not ready. This resulted in over an hour of wasted time and frustration. This level of service is unacceptable. Serious operational issues need to be addressed.

Drive Thru Very Slow. When we finally made it to order they told us to hold on waited more to order others were driving off because of the long wait time. When we made it to the window took card for payment, no drinks, when food finally came still no drinks had to wait to ask where our drinks were, after asking handed one drink, had to wait to speak with the staff asked where the other drink was. After all of that food was not good, dry tough chicken & shrimp & fish sandwich sub-par at best. 😒

Goodman Road. Horrible wait times! Dont go unless you have an hour or more to wait. I waited in the dining room for an online order for 40 minutes!! This was for an online order. Dining room was packed. Drive through was wrapped around the store. They literally just need more employees in order to keep up with the work load & number of orders. If they dont have enough employees then they need to pay more and stop being greedy and embezzling money from the customers. This wastes the time of customers and delivery drivers. This location is trash! Shut it down!! I wouldn't feed my dog what they served me!!! Bad customer service. I placed my order online. It wasn't ready when I got there.! Then when I was ready I didn't know because they didn't say anything. They just sat the bag on the counter! My dipping sauce wasn't in the bag, biscuit was hard, grilled chicken nuggets seemed old! The only thing that was fresh was the fries!! I typically don't eat at this place! But since T mobile had a special for the 3 tenders for a 1.00 ordered! Never again!!!
