Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went through their drive thru today at 4pm. The girl taking the order seemed to not know what she was doing. I order 2 meals. And a side item. Then I see on the screen she was charging me for 2 items I didn't order and asked her to take them off. So she did. The one meal I ordered was a shrimp box. A man comes on the screen and said they dont sell shrimp anymore only a fish sandwich. I said your menu board shows several meals with shrimp. He said no more shrimp. It was hard to understand his accent. So I just ordered a chicken tenders meal. I got to the window and paid. The girl handed a bag of food. No thank you. No have a nice day. Shut the window. She forrgot my large drink. So I beeped but the man came to the window. I said the girl forgot my large drink. He said $3.99 I said it was

We went their yesterday on a Sunday night and had to go through their drive through, as they were short staffed so they couldn't open up the dining room. The lady at the drive through was extremely nice and helped us the entire time with a pleasant attitude. Their spicy chicken sandwich was extremely good with their Cajun fries, as well as their warm apple pie. Great location!

The staff is nice here. Their snack wrap is PHENOMENAL AND ALWAYS FRESH. So is their mashed potatoes! McDonald’s snack wrap doesn’t stand a chance !

This is my first time going here since moving to Howell 3 years ago. I open the Mac and cheese and this is what they gave me. This had to be there since the morning. It smelt disgusting. The tenders were definitely over made earlier in the day and under a warmer for too long as well. Some serious training needs to be done. To qualify my appraisal I was a Director of Operations for an entire plaza on the turnpike and one of my concepts was a Popeyes.

This isnt really such a big issue but the lobby is freezing cold and the temperature is only 44° outside. It would make the experience much better it somebody managed the temperature in the restaurant.
