Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I want to start by saying I do not fault any individual employee for this experience. They are doing the best job they can. However, the manager of this location needs to work on a lot of things. I pulled into the drive through at 1:50 ish. Ordering in the drive through took 10 minutes alone because there was one employee taking orders as well as payment and the very kind lady doing all of that was clearly overwhelmed. She had a wonderful disposition and triple checked my order. After paying, I was asked to pull forward so they could bring my food out. 5-10 minutes went by and I got my drinks, from an employee with a much less happy attitude. She asked me to pull into a parking spot. I proceeded to wait 30 more minutes for my food. It took 15 of those before any of the cars waiting got the

Awful experience. Took over 30 minutes to get food. Guy came outside to ask what the order was again only to wait another 15 minutes. Then they brought it out and didn’t get the order right so I went back in and they didn’t give an apology. Eventually I got my order. Do NOT recommend.

It was our first ever to a Popeyes! First, to see a Bible verse on the sidewalk was much respect 🙏. The staff were friendly and professional. The food was fresh if I could rate everything TEN stars I would. Jefferson City Mo. knows their stuff!!

Went threw drive, waited good amount a time to place order then got nothing , pulled to the service to let me know incase of something not working right , lady seemed new or lost on her job and didn't know how to handle anything . And says we would half to go around and try again if we wanted to get food . Parking sucks , right along with drive thru if your in anything bigger then a compact suv . We took our business to slim chickens were they were quick to get us fed .

Almost every time I eat here , wether it’s takeout , DoorDash , dining , I’m waiting more than 20 minutes for my food and they never have what’s on the menu , they’ve been out of fries for nearly 2 weeks. How does that even happen ?
