Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Got the order wrong. Ordered spicy chicken strips but got regular ones. I even ordered sauce but no sauce was given. The crunch wrap wasn't that great. The only good thing was the Cajun fries. It was seasoned well and perfectly crisp. Won't order from here again though. Service wasn't great.

First time trying this location and wish I hadn’t. Got home with my dinner. Missing chicken tenders for my kid, and the family combo I ordered was mixed, not all dark like I asked, and was dry, over fried; and gross. My receipt showed the correct order yet nothing was right. For $44 I am super disappointed. Back to Churches. They are way better anyway.

Horrible. I haven't had Popeyes in years and now I regret having it today. Found out they have no Cajun rice or Jambalya anymore and then the chicken strips I got were like jerkey. Yes! They are that dry! Spent 12 bucks and just ate sides. Freaking pathetic...

At this point this Popeyes is racist, on January 30, 2026 I can for a family meal at 8pm in the drive thru i paid and was asked to pull forward I sat in the car for 30mins and watch every car in the drive through get there food and go while I’m still waiting so I call one of the workers answer I ask about my food she hangs up like I’m not outside I go in ask for manager, a small short Hispanic male . On the inside 7-9 black customers waiting on there food but all the white customers got they food after but left with there food first. After going back and forth with the manager ask why i been waiting 30 mins for 8 piece meal instead of giving me my money like I asked multiple times he give me a $10 gift card at 8:50 50 mins waiting on food for a $10 gift card when I said refund multiple tim

1st time eating at this location! Food was fresh, & the staff was great! Definitely another great addition to the Popeyes franchise!
