Ordered two chicken sandwiches and one of them had mold on the bottom bun. PSA EVERYONE LOOK AT YOUR BOTTOM BUN. Nobody tends to ever pay attention to that. Honestly disgusting. Worst part is I had already taken two bites out of it.

Stopped by Popeyes today around 1pm and it was definitely busy, so the wait was a bit longer than usual. However, the customer service completely made up for it. The gentleman with glasses working during that time was incredibly kind, patient, and professional even with the rush going on. It’s not often you see someone stay that friendly and helpful when things are hectic, and it really stood out. Great attitude and great service — it made the whole experience much better.

I went through the drive thur and ordered the 5 piece tender combo large with mashed potatoes and fries instead I received 2 orders of mashed potatoes and no fries and only 3 tenders came in my box.it’s ridiculous the drive thru girl act like she couldn’t hear and kept forgetting sauces and things that I told her. I had a long day at work and wanted good food instead I received horrible food and service.

Chicken dry and taste like old burnt grease! The cold slaw was fresh. Disappointed in dry burnt taste it's overpriced overcooked yucky chicken. Wouldn't return if they gave it to me

Very customer friendly service smiling and helpful Kiyoji (Japanese name) was the one who took orders Last vist he gave me options for combos His really went out of the way to be nice I just went in today and was out in minutes Also they let you choose the piece you want
