Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I just purchased a tender meal tonight that taste and smell like cleaning products. Immediately threw up the fries because of the cold; cleaning supply taste. My tenders were cold and old as well. I ordered a 3pc and got a box full of old hard scraps. Not one complete strip. Biscuit was rock solid. This place gets worse every time I go. The food is never fresh and you can tell corners are being cut. Everytime you ask for something to be remade and fixed they just refry your same order.

ALL BAD!! Spent money on a family bundle meal for several people expecting to get large sides. When I got home the sides are small and the Mac and cheese was half full! I called to get my order replaced at a later time due to being NYE and my friends coming and they told me no for THERE mistake! I highly suggest checking ur items thoroughly if ordering. I will never again order for the bad customer service and the unwillingness to make it right. Used my vitamin bottle for reference to size. Def not a large for what I paid for

As a highly rated Google Reviewer with almost 13 million views I can say I've been to many places that serve Chicken and Chicken Tender wraps but Popeyes Louisiana Chicken located in the Oak Park Commons at 9460 Quivira Road in Lenexa Kansas blew my mind and taste buds away because I just had the best Chicken Tender wraps ever in my life. This Popeye's location is new from what I see of how nice and clean the restaurant looked and the General Manager whose name is Ivan was the kindest and most friendly GM I've ever met. He even allowed me to watch how their delicious Popeye'sOriginal Chicken Tender wrap is put together. Nearly impossible ordering experience at the drive through the last two visits. Stopped offering promotional items (tacos) but left all the signage up around the ordering post last time. Today (a week before a promo ends) they wouldn’t offer 2 regular sides as $5 faves because they ran out. But they were willing to offer any or all of the sides on a combo meal.

Food is good always fresh & service was good. Visited 12/16/25 ordered the family box $20 asked 4 spicy & guess what we got reg. It was even printed on r ticket. Couldn't take back cause we live in KC 2 far 2 drive back. I would check ur box even take a bite b4 u drive off.
