Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The staff was nice and polite. My order was accurate. I went thru the drive thru around 145 pm. My chicken looked and tasted old, like it was cooked at opening and just sitting under a light waiting on customers. It didn't taste freshly cooked. It was not hot. I didn't enjoy this late lunch experience.

10:00PM. Ordered new spicy fish sandwich and 2 sides w/ a drink. Had to wait 10 minutes and I ordered ahead on the app. Fries were luke warm and much less than a regular size order. They don't close until 12:00AM. It wasn't end of day, just too lazy to make more fresh fries for my order. I live 3 minutes away, but will drive over to 407 location from now on.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Popeyes in Lewisville , Texas. My friend went through the drive-thru and ordered two full meals. He was not offered a receipt (and unfortunately didn’t think to ask for one). When he got home, he realized one entire meal was missing — not just an item, but a complete meal. He drove all the way back to the location to let them know, and instead of simply correcting the mistake, they immediately asked for a receipt. The problem? They never provided one in the first place. Food is NOT cheap. People work hard for their money. All he wanted was what he truly paid for. It’s frustrating to feel like you’re being treated as dishonest when the mistake clearly happened on their end. Mistakes happen — that’s understandable. But the way this was han

They forget to give you all ordered items when going through the drive through. I also ordered a kids meal that came with the one smallest tender I have ever seen and then charged 5.99 for one small tender ( was a thin and small - smaller than my ring finger ) and apple juice and then charged another 2.99 for fries with it. My fault for not noticing until after I left 🤦🏻‍♀️. This wasn’t the first time I got poor food and service from this location .

Two stars is being considerate. I know how we don’t like to wait in lines but I stand by if there is no line your food won’t be fresh. It’s clear to me why this store never has a line. The food is never fresh. The 1/4lb shrimp is measured with literally one scoop with a small mash potato cup. Which equates to about 12-15 pieces (if that) which is nowhere close to a quarter pound. Every time I come to this place I am always disappointed. I try to give benefit of doubt but no matter the time of day/night, this is the only one I ever have issues with. Shout out to the team at the De Soto location off of Pleasant run I think across the street from the church. Their food is always fresh because there is always a line. There is always a line because the food is always fresh.
