Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Goated tier popeyes. Probably one of the best. And ive been to a decent amount of popeyes. Came in clutch when I was in tech school there on Fort Lee. Outside of the bx, it was one of the only fast food restaurants available to us to go to as we couldn't leave base at that time. It was the closest fast food to our dorms.

Had a worst experience in this restaurant. Ordered through mobile and waited for an hour. When i ask them they told me to sit down until they called my number. They are just keep serving the front counter and drive through. They are the worst servers i have ever experienced in my life. I would not recommend to go to this restaurant but they knew that they have only popeyes in the base that’s why they don’t care.

I’ve been waiting for my food for about an 1 hour and 30 min. I understand it’s a little busy but I had asked very politely if they can check up on my order and the only response I get is go sit down. My friend ordered after me and they got there order already.

The door says 1900hrs closing, I walked in at 1745hrs. All the chairs were on the tables and the drive through was closed. I was told when I ordered, that there were no sides other than fry’s. I then ordered a 8 piece tender meal to share with my son since they didn’t have Mac-n-cheese. Once my order went through, multiple employees were yelling and moaning and the cashier told them to stop acting surprise when people order. I pulled a chair down so me and my soon to be 2 year old son could sit and wait, and a customer walked in and stood next to me. I told the customer that “they don’t have any sides or anything, just chicken or fry’s and to be honest I regret making an order.” The guy told me thanks and left. The manager, walked to the front of the counter and said “I would tell you wher

Ordered surf and turf with fries… all I got was shrimp and biscuit. They tend to rush a lot too
