Customer Reviews
I don’t know what kind of sorcery Popeyes is trying to pass off as “mac and cheese,” but whatever this was, it shouldn’t be legal. What I got was a sad, melted clump of overcooked cheese fused onto a fork like some kind of culinary fossil. The cup was practically empty, as if they scooped it with a thimble and charged full price for it. I came for comfort food and left feeling like I’d just been scammed by a fast food magician who made my expectations disappear. The taste? Bland and rubbery with the texture of microwaved plastic. If this is “Louisiana Kitchen,” then I want to speak to the chef and possibly the health inspector. Do better, Popeyes. This ain’t it.
I've eaten here several times a year for over 10 years. I've never had a disappointing food, service or experience. They are A+ in my experience.
They got our order wrong and barely put any sauce on our tenders.
Most of the time, my order is wrong if it's my husband and I ordering, but never when it's just me. Everyone tries their best here. It gets more business than the rest of the food court each time I go, so there is bound to be a wait and mistakes sometimes. Overall, I still enjoy my food.
This place is mostly good. Today, not so much. The cashier didn’t listen to me when I gave my order twice and managed to screw it up. Edit: Changing to 1 star. Several times, including today, I have ordered a combo meal and not gotten my biscuit. I’m always in a hurry so I don’t have time to check my meal to make sure I have everything. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed.
