Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The Popeyes at Fort Huachuca is hands down the best in town. The food is consistently fresh, and the staff is noticeably more friendly and welcoming than other locations in the area. I often stop by after work, and I’m always greeted with a big smile from Norma, who truly makes the experience stand out. I’ve known Norma since her days at the Greely Hall Cafeteria, and I was genuinely glad to see her here. She represents what outstanding customer service should look like. She greets every customer warmly, is always pleasant to talk with, and goes out of her way to help both customers and coworkers. Whenever the team gets busy, she doesn’t hesitate to step in; whether that means helping employees in the back or jumping on the register when the line builds up. Her attitude, professionalism

Just here to say Norma is truly the greatest employee I’ve ever met at a fast food establishment. She’s always so sweet and kind and always so helpful! I’m not sure if she’s the manager but every time I’ve come in she’s always behind the scenes making sure everything is running smoothly. I truly enjoy coming in on days she works because no matter the situation I know she’s there to make sure every customer is satisfied with their visit. I have not had any issues with my orders and the food is as expected every time!

Make sure you're reviewing the one on base, not off base. Same chain, 2 totally different experiences. The one on base is fantastic. The one off base is like every other Popeyes in AZ, a hard pass.

I don’t know what it is about Sierra vista Popeyes. There’s a full staff not to busy but it still takes 15 minutes for someone to take your order and 85 percent of the time the order is wrong. The manager a portly Latino chap is just walking around with no clue what so ever! The asst. manager a skinny Latino chap besides being hit on by the drivthru girl is just as clueless as the portly fellow! I wish they would get it together.

Quality of the chicken was bad compared to the other Popeyes branch on Fort Huachuca. Frying oil beeds to be replaced.
