Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Would love to give a higher rating. Was excited to eat Popeyes for the first time in forever for them to have me waiting for 20 minutes, after telling me it’s only 4 minute wait since I placed my order online. When I finally go inside after waiting forever, I see my food sitting behind the glass. When I tell the lady they had me waiting forever she had an awful attitude. Then half the food is messed up and when I call up to tell them what happened they said just to bring a receipt and that’s it. When I get there they tell me they need food too and can’t help me with anything. Absolutely disgusting.

I had to move recently and I miss a lot eating here! People is so kind, food is always fresh and crispy and the experience is more than gretaful! I hope take a Lunch sooner over there again. And please, PLEASE, bring back the golden bbq crispy chicken sándwich becuase is my favorite! Thank you Popeye's team <3

Food was good, hot fresh, decent. Spicy chicken had a good spice. What I'm here for is to talk about Ashley. I have never had such great service in my life! Other businesses need to hire her just to teach customer service. In a world where customer service is a declining art, she is an artist!

Someone had a podcast playing over the intercom speakers in the restaraunt. It said the F word every sentence. Do not recommend for kids to eat in.
