Ruined our super bowl dinner tonight. Overcooked burnt chicken was supposed to be spicy no flavor at all will never return to this location RUDE employees act like they not there to work ridiculous didn't even receive biscuits or correct chicken I paid for

10/10 Recomend! Their chicken is delicious! The fries and biscuits were scrumptious!!! Food was served so hot it was a delightful sight! The customer service was welcoming and kind! The atmosphere was very pleasing, and their team did an incredible job at keeping the dining area clean and tidy!

You had 1 job. Substitute beans and rice for the side on the ticket because we don't have the choice on doordash. I called 1st. I was reassured. It's on the ticket. This is the 5th time!! You're not trying!

I honestly do not know where Some of these lower reviews are coming from maybe because it was busy when they came or it was late at night because I frequent this particular Popeyes probably twice or three times a week from the Manager to all the staff. They have always been very professional friendly. The food has been outstanding. Walked in around 1130am for lunch. No workers to take my order, so I go to use the self order kiosk thing. Well, i cant find the shrimp box deal in it, so I go to ask an employee how to order it. Me- "The tacklebox deal isnt-" (cut off by employee wearing drive thru headset) Employee- "I DONT HAVE TIME FOR ALL OF THIS. YOU HAVE TO ORDER ON THERE" (aggressively pointing towards the self order thing) At that point now around 11:45 (i spent a good 10 minutes lookin through the machine), quickly approaching my time deadline for lunch, I decided to leave, and will never be coming back. Oh, and no. They werent busy in the slightest. I dont hate popeyes and will probably still eat it at other locations, but at this particular location I was treated like a nuisance rather than a customer, and
