Relatively small portions compared to their non-mall locations. One of my chicken strips was smaller than the sauce packet. Speaking of sauces. They only give one sauce per 4 strips. The beans/rice containers aren’t filled all the way.

I’m not blaming the employees but the company itself. This store doesn’t have anyone how to operate the kiosk when you try to void an order. They said once you pay, it cannot be voided because nobody knows hot to void the order. There are three staff and non of them know how to troubleshoot the kiosk. The general manager name Thyanmeht said she doesn’t have an access to void or refund once you pay that is final! A “GENERAL MANAGER” no access . Popeyes you know better educate your crew to mitigate the issues. The General Manager still professional even my frustration almost elevated.

They have inefficient staff, they don't know how to solve problems. I ordered 30 minutes in advance through the app, arrived to pick up my order, and they couldn't find it in the system. The manager didn't even know how to use the system; she's incompetent.

ordered online and sat and waited 45 minutes, paid $15 for 6 boneless wings the size of my pinkie toe. the employee looked miserable and had a horrible attitude.

Came here today while shopping in Plaza Bonita. Ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders. Service was fast. Food was ok. Chicken tenders kinda chewy. It was a bit pricey, but I was really craving it. I was surprised that I was asked to pay $1.29 for a refill on a small coke. I've never had to pay for a soda refill. I guess they have to make up for the absurd $20.00 dollar an hour minimum wage here in California. Won't be coming back.
