Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I was heading to Pittsburgh today and decided to stop for breakfast. I live nearby but never really got a chance to visit Popeyes before, so I thought I would finally try it. The food was good. I tried spicy chicken and the chicken was hot and crispy.I talked with the manager for a bit during my visit. He was calm, polite, and easy to talk to. We had a normal conversation and he checked if everything was okay. Nothing felt forced. He handled things professionally and stayed respectful the whole time. You could tell he cared about the place. The restaurant looked clean and organized. Overall, it was a good experience. Everyone should surely give it a try. And ya I will get back soon surely .

I visited the New Castle Popeyes with my two buddies and had a great experience, mainly because of the level of service, which is rare at fast food restaurants. We ordered chicken and tenders. Everything was very fresh. The chicken tasted really good and the fries were hot, but what stood out the most was how we were treated. The staff, especially David, showed a level of service I have honestly never seen at a fast food place. He checked on us three times to make sure we were good, offered extra sauces without being asked, and made us feel welcomed from start to finish. He even made sure to say goodbye when we left, which almost never happens in fast food settings. Today I tried Popeyes for the first time. I got a little confused with the menu and my order. I ordered the sweet and spicy boneless wings and thought the sauce would come on the side, but it came on the wings. I mentioned this at the window and told them it was my first time ordering here.The manager came over and I explained the situation. He listened calmly and did not get upset at all. He immediately said yes and told me it was not a problem. He made a fresh batch of wings in front of me while smiling and said no worries, I am here. That really made me feel comfortable.When I tried to give back the first wings, he told me to keep them and try both versions. Stopped by the Popeyes in New Castle and it didn’t disappoint. The wings were hot, crispy, and hit perfectly with that fresh Sweet N’ Smokey Chipotle sauce—bold flavor with just the right kick. Service was solid and dependable like always. Great stop when you’re craving something flavorful and fast.

My husband and I went for dinner tonight and got a whole family spread. The food was so fresh and delicious and to top that off the customer service was probably the best I’ve ever had.
