Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Everytime I try to order Popeyes they always have some issues. Whether it be the chicken dry as a desert or cancelling my order for some odd reason. They should just close this location down at this point.

Mary, The manager is ALWAYS NICE TO ME AND MY WIFE!!! AWESOME PERSON!! Nikki Also very nice to my wife and I. Awesome server. Both made our visit very pleasant. Also Toya provided excellent customer and ALWAYS make my WIFE & I FEEL WELCOME!!! ALL 3 DESERVE A RAISE!!!

I wanted to do a survey but I wasn't given a receipt so I don't know the store number to make an official complaint. Not sure why the workers and managers at this location have an issue with giving customers extra gravy. Today is the second time I asked for extra gravy and was told they added extra gravy when I saw them grab the pre-made side cup from the warmer and not add anything to it. This Popeyes location is horrible not sure why they are against extra gravy but this is unacceptable. I have NEVER been turned down for something I asked and paid for at any restaurant. I am officially done with this Popeyes location. I posted the picture to show everyone the extra gravy the cashier claimed they added. Popeyes is now highly overrated. The quality of the food is very low. I ordered the spicy chicken strips with mashed potatoes. There was more crust than meat on the strips and practically no spicy seasoning. Looks like every time Popeyes gets new owners they cut back on cheaper ingredients and the portions sizes get smaller.

The food is so good, as usual. The lady at the window was taking orders and bagging, she made sure my order was 100%, and everything was accounted for! She was also so pleasant!
