I went to the 8245 Precinct line road location, North Richland Hills, TX on Sunday on 31st Jan at 7.0 pm Ordered 12-piece chicken and a Coleslaw. At the time of pick up at window, I asked the employee 13029 Christian(name and number on the receipt) "is it 12 pieces"? and he said yes, it is 12 pieces. When I reached home and opened the box, there were only 10 pieces- 4 thigh pieces and 6 drumsticks. But I was charged for 12 pieces. If they can review the video recording of placing the chicken pieces in to the box, it will be very evident. This employee who dared to do this cheating does not deserve to work there. It is a shame on your company to have such frauds in the restaurant. This location had many bad employees in the past whenever I went there. This guy is not any different and dare

Popeyes used to have the best chicken sandwich for the price anywhere but you can see from the pictures that the portion size is much smaller and when they have a two for nine dollars they don’t give you the same size portion just like they do on other promotions. Everything about them is just not up to par anymore.

Clean quick and food was well prepared. Chicken fresh and spicy but not greasy. Cajun fries and red beans and rice good. Biscuits flaky and correctly done. Pleasant experience. Very clean dining room.

This location seems to often have trouble. They never turn the lights on outside in the parking lot, seems they don’t want customers to know they’re open. Orders are almost always incorrect. Multiple times I have placed a mobile order and upon arriving I have had to wait in excess of 20min. In a particular occasion they had me wait in the parking lot. The worker took my order to the wrong vehicle and walked back inside. The person in that vehicle looked through order and realizing it was incorrect waved down the worker. The worker then took the bag of food from that vehicle and attempted to give it to me. I told them I would not accept food that had been given to another customer first. One worker told me they did not have a manager on duty. They did remake the order but got it very wrong,

This place cannot get it right. After my last disappointing meal of undercooked chicken and one before of being out of basic sides the time before, this time they missed including my drink. I'm done. Food has gone downhill for a while and they have no quality control. Sad, because I remember when Popeyes was good.
