The people working here definitely need to get another job, if someone is looking this review, find another Popeyes, is better to drive 25 miles to find another one than eating in this place, bad customer experience and really bad quality of food, hope department of health shutdown this place cause giving the fries directly in a bag is crazy.

Food was bland and soggy. Missing items from order. Quick drive thru service, but otherwise nothing to write home about. Had not been in years and probably won't go back for years when there are other tastier options nearby.

You guys ripped me off. I placed an online order on 10/12/25 at 8:57pm, for the 10pc family meal. I did a custom order for 1 thigh, 6 legs and 3 breast, in which I paid a 1.19 more for the extra breast. We got our order and got home only to find. 2 thighs, 4 legs, 2 breasts, and 1 wing. Not only did you short me the extra breast I paid extra for but you shorted me a whole additional piece of chicken. If this is how your company saves costs by robbing / stealing from the customer, you should go out of business. Anyone who orders here always check each piece of chicken right there at the window before you pull off. My order total was $33.03. I want my $1.19 back or a partial refund.

Delivery order...Dont order the tenders, you will find maybe a string of chicken, the rest is breading. Biscuits were hard with a strange taste. Won't be ordering again. Worst $50 spent

Did a mobile order. Told me it would be about 6 minutes for the food so they had me park. I waited over 20 minutes instead and couldn't go inside because the doors were locked and tried to call but the phone listed on Google is disconnected. Awful service. They basically had me wait until another car's order was ready that was parked next to me. I had to reheat my food when I got home because it wasn't hot at all
