Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The drive through staff is two for two on forgetting chunks of my order. The food was depressing. Plain wings sitting on a tray of sauce so that only the bottom touches flavor. On the second attempt we found a long hair fried into a piece of chicken.

I come here on my lunch from the hospital very frequently & the experience everytime is extremely horrible. So I’m sure you can ask yourself “why go back?!” I ask myself the same question everytime but I guess I try to overlook the customer experience and just simply go for the food I’m in the mood for. It is extremely draining to deal with this location though I think this will finally be my last time. They will haggle you and try to make you pay for sauces that should be free. Especially when you are ordering multiple pieces of chicken that would normally offer sauces to enjoy. Some employees will let you switch sauces with no issues but then there is employees who will charge you for each additional sauce instead of simply just keeping a daily customer happy when you know you wouldn’t e

Got sick from eating their fish sandwich. I guess they didn’t like that I made that order. They made a big deal about making the sandwich. I guess it’s an extra work for them. Just don’t order fish sandwich at this location.

I had the chance of meeting Gloria, she was very helpful and patient while I pla ed my order. She went as far as asking if I wanted anything else. She even dropped fresh chicken for me. That is definitely great customer service. She is an asset to the Popeyes family.

These are my 2 REGULAR sides. This is all of it untouched. I counted 20 fries and 2 spoonfuls of Mac and cheese. Pathetic experience. Workers were laughing with each other while I tried ordering. Also were still laughing and talking with each other while I waited for my food. Never coming back.
