Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I am a customer, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Louisiana Kitchen Cafe. I personally saw that my wings were not cooked fresh. The food was taken already prepared and later reheated in the microwave. At first, I didn’t understand what was happening, but then it became obvious that this was old food being reheated, not freshly cooked as it should be. This is completely unacceptable. Customers come here expecting freshly prepared meals, not leftovers warmed up in a microwave. Food like this should never be served again. I threw the food away because I refused to eat it. Management needs to seriously instruct the kitchen staff and cashiers that food must be cooked fresh and served properly. This kind of practice ruins trust and damages the restaurant’s reputation. I try to be positive yet honest with my reviews. Sadly I can't be positive with this Popeyes. Within a week before I visited this Popeyes I had eaten at another Popeyes location and was impressed with the food and especially with the sweet tea. I had never eaten at a Popeyes before-I was so impressed that I wrote a review and received a response for that Popeyes. So we stopped at this location on the Ohio turnpike and #1 this location doesn't have sweet tea- the woman said they didn't have space for it quite matter a fact- maybe a little abrupt. #2 there were 4 people working there and one taller woman was zipping around doing the job of three. Rude lady at the counter that has no customer service skills. She belongs in the back not dealing with customers. Red beans and rice was ridiculous and for $5.00 don't waste your money.

Charge extra for 2 BBQ over a new transaction when doesn't even say pay extra on the menu for sauce 😔 Food was pretty good Service was OK looks pretty slow plus seen nobody wearing gloves

As a truck driver, this was the Best popeyes i have had on the road( in truck stops and service plaza). I ordered a 4 piece Classic and it was full of flavor and fresh. November 1st, 1:30 pm crew was awesome
