Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went to the drive thru, order only 3 items. They asked for me to pull around, I did. 30 min. Later I parked, went in to check on my order. My 1st observation was that staffers had to hair nets, other than the Manager. Another staffer was preparing all the bowls of mashed potatoes and gravy with again, no hair net & no gloves. When asked why I was at the counter, the same cashier that took my order in the drive thru acknowledged me, but was not concerned about my wait. She confirmed one of my 3 items I ordered, but when I tried to provide more information, she became irate and started putting me in my place as if I did something wrong. Then when I shared my concern to another staffer that had no gloves, the 1st person I encountered jumped in again as if I said something to her. The

I ordered pick up online and we had a fabulous experience. I ordered ahead and picked up in the drive thru lane, no wait at all. Everything was hot and fresh. The whole order was correct, down to each piece of chicken requested. I grew up in New Orleans on popeyes and y'all really did an amazing job today. Thank you! We enjoyed our Mardi Gras feast!

Do not come to this location!!!I should have payed attention to the previous reviews. The Fried Chicken tasted like it was cooked in old burnt oil. It was bitter. We were also overcharged. They charged us for a large coleslaw and did not receive it. They said they were out so they gave my husband 2 biscuits instead. 2 biscuits that cost $6.79. I tried calling the store they don’t answer. Also, tried calling the team lead on the receipt and he doesn’t answer either. We spent $44 for garbage food! So disappointing!!!

We ordered our food and my husband approached the counter after we got our drinks and was asked, not once, but 3 times if he'd already ordered (He said yes each time and was asked by the same person who took our order originally 🤦‍♀️) We waited 20 minutes for our 2 piece chicken meals with 1 side each and a biscuit. When my husband was given the meals he was informed that the restaurant was out of utensils for our sides. He also wasn't given any napkins when given the food. When I approached the counter to ask for napkins amd possible utensils, they actually had sporks (what?! There was utensils available?!?! 🤷‍♀️) *Food - 4/10 *Staff - 1/10 *Cleanliness - 2/10

Food was hot I won’t take that away from the cook’s just not no type of flavor to the chicken at all…. I went on a Monday 2-9-26 about 2:00pm and let’s say I had to wait before someone knowledge that I was there no greeting just order when you ready okay NP let’s just say this get better cashiers with better customer service better energy but I guess that not a things now and days when it come to fast food ,ask for condiments and here come this other worker with the longest lashes ever (and I do mean long )with her bad energy trying to hand me hot sauce and honey all stuck together honey dripping out no thank you I’ll pass but don’t worry I won’t fuss with you I’ll just know this location is off my to go list …Then have the nerve to say text or call them with issues nope I’ll just go to t
