Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is my go to Popeyes. It’s about 5 minutes further from the closest one to me, but I like that my order is always ready and accurate. Lately I’ve been ordering their bone in wings, with the honey lemon pepper. The wings are good, the batter makes up for the lack of meat, but the seasoning really makes them pop. They’re somewhat pricey, considering the quality, but it’s Popeyes, so make sure you add an extra biscuit so you get full. 😆 Try whatever seasonal biscuit they have available, you won’t be disappointed.

You won my heart again, lol! So delicious — the juiciest Popeyes I’ve ever had. Big thumbs up to all the staff!

Let's talk about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on 1st Street in Santa Ana. Now, I'm a sucker for good fried chicken, wouldn't turn down a greasy spoon joint if the food's right. But this? This was a grease-stained low point. The place looked like it hadn't seen a mop since Katrina. Sticky floors, a soda machine that could probably synthesize its own biohazard (the pictures prove it), the whole ambience screamed "run." The chicken itself? Overcooked, drier than a desert priest's sermon. Bland. The kind of poultry that makes you question the existence of a spice rack in Louisiana. Sides? Don't get me started. Instant mashed potatoes that wouldn't fool a toddler, gravy measured out like Scrooge counting pennies. And those "dipping sauces?" Tiny thimbles you gotta pay extra for, barely enou

I ordered mobile at 6pm, set pickup at 7pm. I arrived to store at 7:05pm, and they said I need to wait a minute, okay fine. Then I saw couple customers after me got food. I asked this girl why I didn’t get food and why i have been waiting so long, she said she didn’t know my order. Finally I got my food at 7:40pm. BTW they looked like busy but I don’t know what are they busy for.

Unfriendly, inattentive , understaffed and overworked roach coach . Bland cold food. Avoid . No cajun sparkle, no civic sense . Not friendly
