This location is good if you use the drive thru. They emphasize on the drive thru if you use the counter spect the wait. Food is good, main areas even though they look clean but floors need a deep clean as well as the bathroom. Manager has the employees on their feet keeps the very busy but needs to have someone in the counter.

I am writing to formally complain about an incident that occurred at store number 13117 following an online order I placed for a 5-piece chicken meal with two sides. I picked up my order through the drive-through and drove approximately 6.4 miles home. When I opened the box to make plates for my husband and myself, there were only three pieces of chicken in the box. Understanding that mistakes can happen—especially during a busy drive-through—I returned to the store to have the issue corrected. When I explained the situation to the employee at the counter, she took the box, counted the chicken, and then stated that there had been more chicken in the box and that I must have removed it. Worst service stood at the cou ter for 5 minutes no welcome in, and then to be told the door dash order was more important. Big fail I hope you make enough in DD to run your business somewhere besides the ground bye

I’m not one to complain about service but I couldn’t take this one. This was the worst meal I ever have gotten!!! I ordered the surf and terf meal. I received 3 small old shrimp and literally 2 raw chicken tenders. My wife’s ordered the 8 piece nugget meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. The nuggets were old and dried up and the mashed potatoes had old nasty clumps like it was scraped off the bottom of the pot. Then I bought my mother a three piece wing meal the wings were all old hard and dried out. I will never order from this establishment again.
