Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

December 25th 2025. Ordered 2 boxes n of 9 piece cuicken.one box mild. O e box spicy. Went home and wehne I emptied the boxes it was 5 pieces in each box. I am going to contact headquarters. It is getting ridiculous. Now I have to open the boxes everything I purchase there?

Ridiculous..... The customer service sucks at Lefferts,,,,, have to pay for sauce when it used to be free... I’m not speaking about additional sauce. Now if you order 10 piece chicken you have to pay for sauce and thats not all its the way the STAFF speaks to customers.... No thanks. I will take my business elsewhere.....

I have come to this store, and I ordered 3 pieces of chicken and French Fries. The food was wonderful that I enjoyed it, and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere was that there were people in their eating, paying, talking, drink, making food, and others.

Ridiculous. Prices have went up , chicken has shrunk and NOW something that used to come with your meal you have to pay for???. You have to pay for sauce. I’m not speaking about additional sauce. Now if you order 10 piece chicken you have to pay for sauce! So you have to eat this dry chicken and choke. No thanks. I will take my business elsewhere . I went here multiple times it makes no sense that you only get sauce if you order tenders?

Two week ago I purchase a family meal from the liberty avenue store Get home ready to enjoy my meal to my surprise the chicken stink when you break into it I discard my meal and said maybe a bad batch of chicken. I went back tonight and the same stink chicken again so I decided to take it back The manager smell the chicken and said that is how chicken smell I told him to eat the piece of chicken and I don’t want a refund he refuse. He was disrespectful and said that I complain am the only customer complain . Keep in mind I did not only complain I take the chicken for him to smell. And he want to prove me wrong. I will be there tomorrow and eat-in and if I get stink chicken I will call sanitation
