Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

First time using Door Dash in a long time and ordering Popeye's. I did not get my cajun fries with my combo. I'm assuming the bagger at Popeyes didnt check the contents of the bag nor did the dasher prior to leaving to deliver my order. I'm willing to give both another try as long as I get a full refund. I am all about customer service and accuracy. I don't normally complain, but I havent eaten all day except for a hotdog at work, because I wanted a full meal after working an open to close shift. I am also willing to change my review once this is resolved.

Okay, I love Popeyes and the crew here was wonderful. Took care of us, made sure I got my military discount and were friendly and helpful. But, we ordered the cheese curds and they were so dried out most didn't have any cheese left in them. Very disappointing especially at the price. Wings were so small with hardly any meat on them. Very fresh and perfectly seasoned on the other pieces. Fries were hit and miss, some not so fresh mixed with hot and fresh. I know that you were busy but just a little more attention to product quality would have been nice. Great crew tho.

If I could give this place a 0 its what I would give....I sat is this parking lot for 25 mins now and watched ur employees let they're friends in and out and then lock the door behind them so no one can get in ...ur speaker has repeadly said they're closed and they are picking an choosing who's order they take....employees just sitting outside with a lot full of cars and not giving a damn....we have just watched 4 cards be refused service ....36 dollars for food that was absolutely a waste of money ...never will I recommend this store to anyone....nor the food ...just as bad as the store in Decatur ! Get ur shit together

Always the worst. Every time I order here I think it will be better, but it’s not. The food (if you get it), is good but the service and atmosphere are terrible. The doors to the lobby are almost always locked very early making you have to wait in their drive through even if you have already put in an order through a service. They are always understaffed causing them to be constantly behind on orders. Tonight they simply “didn’t have filets” causing a giant cluster with Uber which cost me much time and patience. They said a manager would come out and speak with me, I waited but they didn’t come out within 5 minutes and I had already had so much of my time wasted that I left. Again, the lobby was closed prior to 8pm so I was just waiting in my car, I wasn’t going to go through their

After spending half an hour for them to serve about 10 othe people, they told me they were busy and walked away. I have better things to do with my life like watching paint dry or going to an actual restraunt if im going to wait that long. Succeeded in making me feel totally unwelcome. Cannot recommend, will not be returning.
