Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

After spending $44.49 in this establishment, the chicken was dried out and inedible. After speaking with Belinda, the store manager, she told me I would have to drive 45 minutes to return the meal in order to get a refund. I will never be purchasing anything else from this location! I would put a -10 score if I could!

Order sandwich and got totally different item and fries were cold. When I returned to the location 2 other people were in line with food issues. After attempting to correct the meal they got the sandwich partially correct but fries were never replaced seems they just dumped a few hot ones on top all the fries under the hot were cold and greasy. I only gave the meal 2 startI because the sandwich was hot after they replaced it; otherwise, I would have given 1 star. I've given up on popeyes at this point. The last 6 visits, all at different locations, with exception of 1, I've gotten poor food quality and slow service. I've only gotten decent food at a location almost 30 mins away in Jonesboro on Tara Blvd, and I refuse to drive 30 mins for a fast food meal. I'll take me business elsewhere.

There was a bug in my food. Reached out to them for a refund. I just wanted someone from the store to reach out to me about it and the response to my issue was absolutely nothing. I will never eat here again, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt about the cleanliness of this place but the lack of response makes me feel like they want to ignore my issue, same way my food was ignored when it left that kitchen.

Moving Back to the Southside has been a Joy since Finding this Popeyes! EVERY Visit the Food has been Fresh, HOT & AFFORDABLE - the Staff is always so Friendly & Welcoming & their Uniforms CLEAN too:) 'Our' Establishments usually get a Bad Rep yet I wanted to give them a Kudos...Continued Success!

placed an order online, and the restaurant wasn’t very busy at the time. When I got to the window, I was told to pull up and park because they’d bring my food out to me. I waited an additional 15 minutes, and no one ever came. When I finally went inside, they suddenly handed me my order right away. It really feels like they just didn’t want to bring it out, and that’s frustrating. The whole point of ordering ahead is to save time, not to wait longer. Y’all have got to do better
